Aruba

2.    You also need to get a PCR test 72 hours before your departure. On the other hand, you can also prepay for aa test upon your arrival and then going into quarantine for up to 24 hours while waiting for your results. This test would cost you 90 US dollars, so you should have enough money for a visit.  

3.    You will have to take some extra cash with you as you will have to buy the Aruba COVID Coverage insurance. The premium insurance costs about 15 dollars per day. You will not be allowed to travel to Aruba if you do not purchase this insurance for your duration in this island. 

4.    In addition to all the precautions, you will also have to agree to get your temperature checked upon arrival. You will also have to go through a health screening. If your health does not seem appropriate for the visit or show symptoms of the coronavirus, you will not be admitted into the island. 

5.    Finally, you will be told to wear a mask during the flight and at the airport. This will help you against any virus that might be lurking around in the air. 

If you fulfill the things mentioned above, then you are free to travel to Aruba. You will get to enjoy the excellent treatment and take part in the best activities ever.

How to travel to Aruba:

Well, if you are medically well, you still need to know about the air routes that you can take. Following is the list of routes that might facilitate you. 

USA:

–       If you are from Boston, you take the JetBlue plane to travel to Aruba.  

–       If you are from NYC, take JetBlue or United depending on your personal preferences 

–      If you are from Charlotte, you can go on American to your destination.  

–      If you are from Atlanta, take Delta airlines. 

–      If you are from Miami, travel via American to Aruba.  

–      If you are from Fort Lauderdale, you can take the airline Spirit to travel to Aruba. 

Canada:

If you are a Canadian resident, you can find two flights to Aruba from Toronto. The first flight is from AirCanada that was the first to resume flights after the pandemic. The other flight is from WestJet, so you can choose which airline you want to travel by.

Bahamas

The Bahamas, officially known as the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, is also back to hosting visitors! The island here in the Bahamas has been receiving tourists for the longest time, and they are famous for their hospitable facilities. The climate here is mild throughout the year, which makes it even more attractive for the tourists. 

Safety measures to be followed to travel to the Bahamas:

While the Bahamas is notoriously famous for its crime rate, you might also want to take some extra precautions while traveling during the pandemic. This would allow you to have a fun time in a beautiful place without the fear of getting a deadly virus or even getting robbed. 

1.    You will be needed to present a Covid-19 RT-PCR Negative Test upon arrival, without which your entry to the Bahamas will not be possible. Ensure that this test is no older than five days as it will not stand valid to the officials of the Bahamas anymore otherwise. 

2.    You will also be required to go for a 14-day quarantine. It is mandatory for all the tourists, and you will also be required to get your Covid-19 RT-PCR Test again. Therefore, you should only visit the Bahamas if you are ready to take a lot of time off your schedule. Another thing that you should know is that you would be charged for this quarantine period as well, so you should keep extra cash with you when you decide to travel. 

3.    Finally, you should also get a Travel Health Certificate before entering the Bahamas so that your vitals are known to the people in the Bahamas. This certificate is also a mandatory thing without which entry to the land will be prohibited.

-       If you are from Montreal, you can take Air Canada airlines to reach the Bahamas.

Barbados

An eastern Caribbean island, Barbados is another tourist destination that is finally open for tourism. This island is famous for its flying fish as well as its delicious food. Caribbean:

-       If you are from Kingston or Port of Spain, you can choose Caribbean Airlines. 

-       If you are from Fort-de-France, you can take Air Antilles 

-       If you are from Antigua, Grenada, Tortola, or Dominica, you can take LIAT to reach your destinations.
